Policies
I prefer to sell ratties in same sex pairs unless you already have a companion for a single.
Standard rats will be sold $30 for a pair and $10 for each additional. Approved individual rats will be sold for $20.
Due to demand and small litter sizes, dwarf rats will be sold $50 for a pair and $20 for each additional. Approved individual rats will be sold for $30.
Ratties can be held for up to seven weeks of age if a full deposit is placed on the ratties. Ratties are weaned and ready to go home at four weeks.
Reservation
Rats posted as available are ready to go home and can be adopted out immediately.
Litters do have waiting lists. To be placed on a waiting list you must place a $5 non-refundable deposit. If you would like to be placed on a waiting list please contact me. Please be specific if you are interested in a specific rat or litter.
Please be specific if you are interested in a particular rat or litter.
How my reservations work:        When rats in a litter are old enough to show markings I will chose which rats I wish to keep.
Approved breeders will choose from the remain rats.
After that people who have placed $5 non-refundable deposits will then place their reservations.
The rest will be adopted on a first come first serve basis.
Reservations will be verified by phone.
To reserve a rat please fill out the information here.

Adoption Day
If you are picking up rats from me, please e-mail me for my address and phone number.
When scheduling pick up times you will need to work around my schedule. All adopters are expected to pick up at my home. I do not feel comfortable doing business in a parking lot or a rest area. Please remember to provide a proper travel carrier or cage to transport them in.
Rescheduling the pick up day is sometimes necessary and I understand. Please call me in advance if issues arise and you cannot come for your new rattie. I will refuse adoption to anyone who is a no call no show or calls the day after a missed pick up.
Due to the risk of illnesses from outside sources, I do not allow visitors inside the rat room.
